During the installation and use of the product, it is necessary to strictly follow the installation instructions and precautions in the product manual. In the event of quality problems with the product during normal use, BAKO provides warranty services for the product in accordance with this warranty policy.

This warranty policy applies to LED display screen products purchased directly from Bako Optoelectronics during the warranty period. Any product not purchased directly from BAKO does not apply to our warranty policy.

The curved screen can be divided into two types, inner curved screen and outer curved screen, both of which are assembled by the smallest unit module. A specific radius value must be specified for the curved screen, which affects the smoothness of the transition on the screen. The smaller the radius, the narrower the width (or height, depending on the direction of the curve) of the module needed to achieve the same smooth transition. The larger the radius, the lower the manufacturing difficulty, the lower the relative cost, and the lower the installation difficulty.

1. The screen body must have good drainage measures.
2. The connections between the screen body and the building as well as between different components of the screen should be waterproof and leak-proof.
3. The LED display screen body and the shell must be correctly grounded, with a ground resistance of less than 3 ohms, to enable the timely release of large currents and protect against strong electric and magnetic attacks.
4. Careful consideration of the environment to ensure the screen is properly protected from the elements, dust, and mechanical damage.
5. Proper installation of supporting structures, including the power supply and control system.
6. Appropriate location placement and positioning to ensure a clear and unobstructed view of the screen.
7. Ensure the safety of the installation personnel and passersby.
